Monizze opts for optimal HR and payroll processes with a Belgian tool


Monizze is a Belgian distributor of digital meal, eco-gift, activ' and consumption cheques. From electronic cards to a handy app to check your balance, they make the use of these cheques a lot easier. They wanted the same efficiency for their HR, and that's what brought them to Officient.

In the past, requesting leave involved a lot of e-mails: the request and especially the follow-up with the manager sometimes were a big task. Now, this has been reduced to a few clicks, with the employees themselves being given an important role. The integration with the social secretariat ensures that all absences are sent in one click for correct payroll processing. Marie sees the same process optimisation in other processes involving employees. "It was an absolute must that employees themselves could work with their data in a user-friendly tool," says Marie. In the Self Service app, besides requesting leave, they can also sign contracts, add their own data, find colleagues' contact details, and so on, wherever they work. wherever they work.

The further refinement of the expenses module

When we launched our expenses module, Marie was eager to test it. Reporting expenses was a complex task that could use some efficiency. But Monizze still found it difficult to export the expenses from the tool. This did not sufficiently meet their needs, so Marie went to our Customer Success chat with the following question: "Is there a more efficient way to send expenses to our social secretariat? Our team gave additional tips, but also noted their feedback. That feedback was then taken to the Product team. Once it was confirmed that they were going to work on the feedback, Customer Success let Monizze know that their desired update was on its way. Marie still joked that it would be a nice Christmas present, but the update was implemented well before Christmas and now she can make optimal use of the module.
