What are voluntary overtime and how do you pay them out?

Employers can have employees perform up to 120 voluntary overtime hours to respond to peak times. These are overtime hours that do not have to be paid in full.

For these overtime hours, employees are entitled to their normal wage plus the overtime allowance. However, they cannot recuperate them with overtime rest or a 150% payout. Moreover, the first 25 hours do not count towards the internal border.
